What We Connect
From production to market.
Successful market entry requires more than manufacturing and shipping. Product specifications, documentation, landed cost, customs, delivery, sales presentation, buyer communication and after-sales responsibility all have to work together.
SITONGLE coordinates these functions as one commercial process so suppliers and buyers can work through a single Canadian operating company from initial requirement to delivery and follow-up.
Our services are organized around the stages required to move a product or buying requirement into an actual transaction.
Our Position
A Canadian operating partner across the transaction.
SITONGLE connects manufacturers, technical experts, logistics providers, market channels and buyers into one executable commercial route.
Each specialist remains responsible for its field. SITONGLE manages the commercial coordination between them, keeps documentation and communication aligned, and provides the Canadian-side operating structure required to move the transaction forward.
- Market assessment — you know the product; we test whether the market wants it.
- Documentation and compliance — you hold the specification; we translate it into what Canada requires.
- Import and customs — you ship; we are the Canadian company on the customs account.
- Freight, warehousing and delivery — you produce; we move it, hold it and deliver it here.
- Presentation and channel — you make it; we make it findable and understandable to a buyer.
- Transaction and follow-through — you deliver; we carry the commercial responsibility to the end.
Two Sides
Working with both supply and demand.
For Manufacturers & Suppliers
You may already have a good product, stable production and competitive pricing. The missing part is usually how that product should enter Canada, who will buy it, what documentation is required, how it is delivered locally and how the market will see it. We build that route.
For Buyers & Project Partners
You may already know what your business or project needs, but finding the right factory is only the first step. We coordinate supplier matching, quotations, samples, specifications, commercial documents, import, freight and local delivery so the requirement can move toward an actual transaction.
How We Work
Market demand comes first.
We begin with the intended customer, application, specification, price position and channel before recommending a supply route.
This allows us to assess market fit, landed cost, documentation, adaptation requirements and the appropriate sales or procurement channel before committing resources to inventory or a large shipment.
The objective is a repeatable commercial route, not a shipment without a market.
Market assessment. Supply coordination. Import. Delivery. Commercial execution.

The route above is described in words. Below, three public reports show the same three points on the map — the source, the gateway, and where it lands in Canada.
China supply chain · On the ground
The supply chain is there. We build the route.
Three public reports — from the source, the gateway and the landing point. Supply and capacity are facts. The commercial work in between is ours.

The three clips above are public reporting. Our own footage — source, warehouse, freight — goes on the company channel.
Our Own Case
QIORA: our own operating case.
QIORA is SITONGLE’s own lab-grown diamond and jewellery brand in Canada and provides a direct example of how our cross-border operating structure works in practice.
For QIORA, SITONGLE manages product selection, supplier coordination, IGI diamond documentation, commercial import, customs clearance, international freight, Canadian receiving, product presentation, customer communication and after-sales service. The same company that sources and imports the product remains accountable on the Canadian side through delivery and customer service.
QIORA is one operating division of SITONGLE and a practical demonstration of the company’s sourcing, import, logistics and market-execution capabilities.
Our Location
Where We Operate
Our base sits in Chilliwack, British Columbia - in the heart of the Fraser Valley, one of Canada's richest agricultural regions, directly on the Trans-Canada Highway about 100 km east of Vancouver.
From here, the numbers that matter to a shipment: about 1 hour to Metro Vancouver; about 1.5 hours to the Port of Vancouver, Canada's largest port; about 40 minutes to Abbotsford International Airport (cargo); about 30 minutes to the U.S. border crossing.
From Chilliwack we coordinate receiving, temporary storage, transshipment and local delivery - in the same Fraser Valley farmland that anchors our agricultural sourcing work in British Columbia.
Map shows our operating region. Full address is provided in contract documents.

Whether you have manufacturing capacity to bring into Canada, a product to test in the North American market, or a buying requirement that needs a reliable supply and execution route — start by sending the actual commercial requirement.
About
A Canadian company connecting supply with market demand.
SITONGLE ENTERPRISE LTD. is a British Columbia company established in 2022 to support cross-border sourcing, Canadian market entry, import, logistics and commercial execution.
We do not simply move products.
We build commercially workable routes between products and markets.
The company operates between China, Canada and international markets. Its work grew from a problem seen repeatedly in cross-border business: good products and real market demand often exist at the same time, yet the transaction does not happen because the commercial route between them is incomplete.
The challenge is usually not the product. It is communication, understanding, documentation, logistics and trust. A product is sent to a market it was never competitive in; a certification requirement is discovered after the container has sailed; a buyer is found but no entity is willing to stand behind the order.
SITONGLE was built around that gap. Rather than acting only as a trader or a referral party, the company coordinates the functions that allow a product or a requirement to move from one side of the market to the other — market assessment, product and supplier coordination, import and customs, freight, warehousing, local delivery, product presentation, buyer development and transaction support.
The founder’s experience across both China and Canada gives the company a working understanding of how the two sides approach business differently: how manufacturers think about production, specification and cost, and how Canadian buyers think about risk, documentation, delivery, service and accountability.
That understanding sets the operating principle: do not force a product into a market simply because it exists. First understand the demand, then build the route that can serve it.
SITONGLE works with manufacturers, suppliers, buyers, distributors, project owners, sales teams, technology partners and local service providers. Each participant contributes the capability they do best. Our role is to connect those capabilities into an executable commercial route.
Where the company comes from
Two lands, made for each other.
SITONGLE did not start from a market study. It started between two places its founder has actually lived in — Zhengzhou, in Henan province, and British Columbia, Canada. One is rising and industrial. One is mature and agricultural. The company exists because the two fit.
Henan sits at the centre of China and holds some of the deepest industrial roots in the country. Gongyi, an hour from Zhengzhou, is China’s largest aluminium sheet, strip and foil base and produces roughly a third of national output — the same material stream that ends in the aluminium foil food containers listed on our Industries page. Luoyang is one of China’s five great bearing cities, with precision-manufacturing roots going back to the 1950s. Around them sit the foundries and valve works that turn out butterfly, gate, half-ball, check and control valves and compensation joints, and the machinery, materials and components that feed them.
What that region makes reaches the world through the Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone, the first airport-based development area in China approved at state level by the State Council. It is the reason an inland province can ship on air-cargo timing instead of port timing, and it is the gateway most of our supply-side work passes through.
British Columbia is the other side. It is a mature, quiet, agricultural province: high-grade blueberries, honey, cheese and dairy from small producers, wild salmon and quality meats out of clean mountains and clean water. Our own base sits in Chilliwack, in the middle of that farmland. The route that carries industrial goods into Canada can carry Canadian produce the other way, including back into China through Zhengzhou’s air-cargo network.
One land builds. One land grows. What Henan makes can reach the world; what British Columbia grows can reach deep into China. SITONGLE is the commercial structure that lets those two facts meet as a transaction instead of an observation.
One raised me — Zhengzhou, in Henan.
One gave me my life — British Columbia, almost thirty years ago.
When they do well, I do well.
Zhen Liu — Founder & CEO, SITONGLE ENTERPRISE LTD.
The products named above are examples of what these two regions produce, not a SITONGLE catalogue. The categories the company currently takes on are listed on the Industries page.

Business Principle
A route only continues if it works for every side.
We judge a cooperation by whether it can create continuing commercial value. The manufacturer must be able to produce and deliver. The buyer must receive a product that meets the requirement. The cost structure must leave room for the transaction to work. Partners must contribute real capability.
Our role is to solve the parts that stop the transaction from happening: market access, communication, documentation, import, logistics, local execution and commercial coordination.
When the people we work with can make money and the customer receives real value, the route can be used again. That is the basis of long-term business.
Work with a company that carries the transaction.
Manufacturers, buyers, distributors and project partners are welcome to make contact directly.
Manufacturers & Suppliers
Entering Canada requires more than shipping a product.
A manufacturer can have strong production and still fail to enter a new market. The hard part is rarely making the product.
What entry actually involves
Depending on the product, some or all of the following decide whether it can be sold in Canada — and at what price it still makes sense.
- Product standards applicable in Canada
- Certification and conformity requirements
- Labelling, bilingual marking and packaging rules
- Customs classification, duty and tax treatment
- Import and commercial documentation
- Insurance and liability arrangements
- Local distribution and channel structure
- Sector-specific regulatory requirements
The Route
From product to first order.
Before anything ships
Market Fit. We begin with the product, the manufacturer’s real production capability and the target market: who may buy it, comparable products, expected pricing, channel fit, market barriers, and whether there is a realistic commercial reason to enter Canada at all. Product & Requirement Alignment. If the opportunity is real, we organise the information the next stage needs — specifications, materials, packaging, certificates, samples, production lead time, minimum order quantity, pricing and any market-specific requirement. Landed-Cost Route. Factory price alone does not decide whether a product can sell. Freight, duties, brokerage, local delivery, payment costs, packaging, returns, channel margin and sales cost all change the result. We build the route around the real landed cost.
Into Canada
Import & Customs. SITONGLE operates through a Canadian import framework and a CARM customs account, and coordinates the commercial documents, shipment information, freight communication, clearance process and delivery route the project requires. Canadian Receiving & Local Execution. Goods can move through our Chilliwack warehousing, transshipment and local-delivery capability. Samples, small-volume tests, commercial shipments and onward delivery are handled inside the Canadian route.
Into the market
Market Presentation. A product must be understandable before it can be bought. We organise product information, images, video, certificates, commercial terms and inquiry routes for the target customer through our own corporate and commerce infrastructure. Buyers, Distributors & Sales Channels. Market entry is not finished when a shipment arrives. We develop the next commercial step through buyer outreach, distributor opportunities, independent retail relationships, project opportunities and digital channels. Test, Learn and Scale. We prefer to prove a route with a realistic first transaction, a sample programme or a controlled market test. Once the economics, delivery and market response are clear, the route can be widened.
Find out whether Canada is the right market.
Send the product specification and your target landed cost. We will tell you what entry would require, and whether it is worth doing.
Buyers & Project Partners
Start with what you need.
A buyer, contractor, retailer, distributor or project owner can begin with a requirement rather than a named supplier.
Tell us the requirement, not the factory
Tell us what the product must do, the required specification, expected quantity, target cost, timeline and delivery location. We organise the supply side around that requirement.
Defining the requirement
Requirement Definition. We turn a buying requirement into information a manufacturer can act on: specification, material, dimensions, standard, packaging, quantity, target price, timeline, and any samples or reference images. Supplier & Manufacturing Match. Through manufacturing and supply-chain relationships in Henan and other parts of China, we identify suitable production resources and compare capability, product fit, commercial terms and delivery conditions.
Getting to a usable offer
Quotations & Samples. We coordinate quotations, questions, samples, revisions and technical or commercial communication, so a buyer is comparing usable options rather than disconnected supplier messages. Production Coordination. Once a route is chosen, we coordinate the agreed product requirement, documents, timing and communication between the buyer and the supply side.
Delivery and follow-through
Import, Freight & Delivery. Where required, the Canadian route can include commercial import, CARM customs coordination, international freight, receiving, warehousing, transshipment and local delivery. Commercial Follow-Through. The work does not end at a supplier introduction. We follow the route through the parts required to reach delivery and a completed transaction.
We do not simply introduce a supplier.
We coordinate the route between requirement and delivery.
Sourcing Coverage
Supply categories we can source and coordinate.
These are the areas our supplier network and sourcing work currently cover. SITONGLE organises the supply side and coordinates the route; the goods are produced by the qualified manufacturers and suppliers we work with.
- Steel products
- Metal fabrication
- Valves and pumps
- Bearings
- Conveyor systems and components
- Industrial equipment
- Mining and cement plant spare parts
- MRO supplies
- Construction materials
- Filtration materials and activated carbon
- Project-based sourcing
SITONGLE actively studies Canadian and international procurement channels, including government-to-government and public procurement frameworks, to better connect qualified suppliers with market opportunities.
International Trade
International trade and cross-border market access.
SITONGLE is the Canadian commercial entity on the transaction. There is no requirement for goods to be imported into Canada first. Depending on the project, they can ship from the supplier country directly to the final destination market, with SITONGLE responsible for commercial coordination, supply chain, documentation, logistics and market execution.
You do not have to go overseas to reach the market.
A manufacturer does not need to open an overseas company, register overseas accounts, build an overseas website or run an overseas sales operation in order to sell into Canada, North America or another destination market. That structure already exists on our side. What we need from the supply side is the product, the specification and the material that lets a buyer understand it.
SITONGLE is the registered Canadian commercial entity on the transaction, so no overseas company has to be formed on the supply side: the contract, the coordination and the commercial responsibility sit here. Corporate presentation, product information, inquiry handling and digital channels run through SITONGLE’s own Canadian infrastructure, which is why no overseas accounts and no overseas website are required either.
Where the destination is elsewhere, the goods are not required to be imported into Canada first. They move from the supplier country straight to that market, and Canada carries the commercial structure, not necessarily the cargo. What we need from the supply side is the product and the material — specification, samples, certificates, photographs and video of the goods and the production line. We build the commercial route around them.
- Buyer and market development in the destination market
- Commercial negotiation and contract structure
- Supplier qualification and production coordination
- Pricing, terms and payment arrangement
- Shipping route, freight and delivery terms
- Export, import and commercial documentation
- Quality, inspection and dispute handling
- Long-term account and repeat-order management
Suitable For
Where this structure fits.
On the supply side it fits manufacturers without export capacity — strong production, no international sales function, no experience contracting with foreign buyers. On the demand side it fits buyers who need a stable counterparty, purchasers who want a registered commercial entity accountable for the order, not a broker. And it fits products with the wrong home market: goods that are not competitive in Canada but are competitive somewhere else.
Bring us the requirement or the project.
We will assess which supply route and which destination market it belongs in, and what a workable structure would look like.
Capabilities
Capabilities across the commercial route.
SITONGLE combines Canadian market-entry support, sourcing, import, logistics and local commercial coordination under one operating structure.
Before the route
Market Assessment & Entry Strategy. We evaluate whether a product has a realistic path into its intended market before resources go into inventory, promotion or a large shipment. The assessment covers customer demand, comparable products, price position, channel fit, landed cost, import requirements and the commercial structure needed to support the product after it arrives. The first question is whether it can become a business. Product, Manufacturer & Supply-Chain Coordination. We connect market requirements with manufacturers and supply-chain resources: product matching, supplier communication, specifications, quotations, samples, packaging, production timing, custom manufacturing requirements and commercial documentation. The company keeps direct relationships with manufacturing and supply resources in Henan and other parts of China, and organises different suppliers around the needs of one project.
Moving the goods
Canadian Import & Customs Coordination. SITONGLE operates as a Canadian company with an established commercial import framework and a CARM customs account. We coordinate shipment information, commercial invoices, product documentation, customs communication, brokerage coordination and the information needed to move a commercial shipment into Canada. International Freight. We arrange international shipping according to product, value, timing and project requirement. Existing routes include a DHL Express commercial account and other freight arrangements, with tracking, documentation and receiving coordinated as part of the commercial process. Chilliwack Warehousing, Transshipment & Local Delivery. We hold warehousing and receiving capability in Chilliwack, British Columbia, supporting shipment receiving, temporary storage, transshipment, order or project staging and onward local delivery. This is what allows the Canadian side of a transaction to continue after clearance instead of stopping at the border. Farm & Agricultural Resource Base. Our agricultural and farm resources give an additional operating base for agriculture-related projects, product receiving, project coordination and supply opportunities, and support the company’s work in agricultural products and cross-border projects.
In the market
Digital Commerce & Product Presentation. We operate our own corporate and commerce infrastructure — sitongle.ca and the QIORA platform at qiora.ca — together with the digital business channels used for product presentation, inquiry, customer communication and content distribution. The website is the part of the route that makes a product understandable, searchable, contactable and buyable in the target market. Buyer, Distributor & Channel Development. We develop commercial opportunities through buyer outreach, distributor relationships, independent retail opportunities, project-based procurement, business networks, digital channels and market-specific partnerships. The objective is to connect the right product with a customer or project that has a real reason to buy. Local Commercial Coordination. Cross-border projects usually fail in the gaps between separate service providers. We coordinate those gaps from the Canadian side: communication, documents, receiving, local service providers, delivery, customer follow-up and the practical problems that keep a transaction moving.
The Basis
Operating foundation.
SITONGLE is a Canadian operating company. The import capability, the customs account, the courier account, the warehouse and the payment infrastructure are ours. The short list of what is in place sits on the home page; this page is where each item is explained.
Start with the product.
Send the specification, the cost structure and the volume you can support. That is enough for a first assessment.
Industries
Industries and supply opportunities.
These are the product areas we are working in now. Other categories are assessed on the same basis.
Diamond Micron Powder
Industrial diamond micron powder supplied to the buyer’s stated micron range and quality grade, for abrasive, polishing, cutting and precision-tooling applications.
Activated Carbon
Activated carbon for water treatment, air and gas purification, industrial filtration and process use, matched to the grade, iodine value and form the application requires.
Aluminium Foil Food Containers
Aluminium foil containers and lids supplied to a stated size, gauge and packing specification, for food service, ready-meal production, catering and retail packing.
Agricultural Equipment & Machinery
Agricultural and processing machinery, attachments and parts matched to Canadian and international buyers, where specification, service parts and documentation decide whether the purchase is workable.
Building & Fire Protection Materials
Construction materials, insulation and fire protection products, where standards, certification and documentation decide market access before price does.
Packaging & Commercial Supplies
Packaging, retail, logistics and general commercial supply, where reliable production, competitive landed cost and repeat demand can support a route that runs more than once.
Beyond the categories above, our supplier network covers a wider range of industrial and project supply. The current sourcing coverage is listed on the Sourcing & Supply page.
Assessment
What we look at before taking a product on.
- Cost structure and competitiveness at landed price
- Production capacity, consistency and lead time
- Standards and certification exposure in the target market
- Existing demand, or a channel that can create it
- Freight, duty and handling as a share of value
- Documentation and regulatory burden
- After-sales, warranty and liability exposure
- Whether the business can repeat, not only ship once
Supply-Chain Foundation
Rooted in Henan, sourced across China.
Henan is where our supply-chain relationships are concentrated, across manufacturing, industrial materials, agriculture and logistics. Why that region — and what it actually produces — is set out on the About page; it is not repeated here.
The company is not limited to one province or one industry. Additional manufacturing resources across China are coordinated according to the requirement of each project.
Our Own Brand
QIORA — SITONGLE’s lab-grown diamond and jewellery brand.
QIORA is SITONGLE’s own lab-grown diamond and jewellery brand in Canada. It is managed as a complete product line, from diamond selection and supplier coordination through import, Canadian delivery, customer communication and after-sales service.
QIORA products are selected against defined quality requirements, supported by diamond documentation, imported commercially into Canada, received locally and presented through the brand’s own sales channels. Product information, logistics and customer service remain connected through the same operating structure.
The brand demonstrates SITONGLE’s ability to manage a product from supply-side selection to Canadian market delivery while remaining directly accountable to the customer.
How QIORA selects and delivers lab-grown diamonds
QIORA does not select a diamond by carat and certificate grade alone. Our review considers colour, clarity, fluorescence, cut appearance, symmetry and the visual integrity of the facet pattern. For stocked and commissioned pieces, product information is checked against the corresponding diamond documentation before delivery.
QIORA uses IGI-documented lab-grown diamonds unless otherwise stated. For traceability, the diamond inscription or certificate reference is matched with the order and import documentation used for that item. Customers can review certificates, product videos and the relevant product information before purchase.
Commercial shipments are imported into Canada through SITONGLE’s operating structure. Shipment documentation, customs clearance, freight tracking, Canadian receiving and final delivery are coordinated as part of the same process. After-sales responsibility remains with the Canadian company rather than ending when the goods leave the factory.
Have a product outside these categories?
Send it anyway. The assessment takes the same form regardless of sector.

What Happens Next
How a first engagement runs.
We read the requirement and reply with an honest first read on whether there is a route worth building.
Market fit, specification, compliance exposure and a landed-cost view. If the answer is no, we say so at this stage.
Sample sourcing or production, quoted separately, with the sample cost and freight stated before anything is made.
From confirmed specification to delivery: production, documents, freight, clearance, receiving and local delivery.
Once the route is proven, order cycles, stock levels and delivery are scheduled instead of negotiated each time.
Timeline depends on product type, compliance requirements, sampling, logistics and market conditions. A specific schedule is issued for each project.
Common Questions
Before you write.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It is set by the product and the factory, not by us. We ask for the real minimum before quoting, and where a factory allows a small trial volume we will say so — a first order that proves the route matters more to us than its size.
What are the payment terms?
Terms are agreed for each transaction and written into the contract. We do not publish a standard deposit percentage, because it depends on the product, the volume, the factory and how much of the route SITONGLE is carrying. Payment runs through the Canadian company.
Who handles customs clearance?
SITONGLE holds a CARM customs account with the Canada Border Services Agency and can act as the Canadian company on the import where the structure requires it. Classification, duty and tax treatment are confirmed for the specific goods before the shipment leaves, not after it arrives.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes, and we prefer it. Sample sourcing or production is coordinated and quoted separately, with the cost and the freight stated in advance. A sample that arrives and matches is the cheapest way to test whether the route is real.
How is the goods inspection handled?
The inspection point and the standard are agreed before production starts. Third-party inspection can be arranged at the buyer’s request and cost, and photographs or video from the production line can be requested as part of the order.
What happens after delivery?
After-sales responsibility is written into the order rather than left open. Claims are handled through the Canadian company — we deal with the factory, so the buyer does not have to.
